He was ordained in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 1979 and serves as a Deacon until the present. His parish assignment has been at Corpus Christi. Dr. Allen has been married for fifty three years, has five children and 9 grandchildren. He was Diretor of Pediatric Neurology at the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center for forty years and just recently retired. Dr. Allen's other Ecclesiastical Ministries include: Board of Directors Archdiocesan Commission for Catholic Life Issues Campus Minister, University of Southern California, Health Sciences Campus, 1983 - Present
