Lorraine Hartman, the Parish Office Manager, began her long-time relationship with Corpus Christi Parish in 1985 when she became the Sunday School Coordinator. In the following years, as her three girls went through Corpus Christi School, she remained actively involved in church and school activities. Lorraine grew up in the Bronx, New York and attended secretarial school in New York City. While living in New York she worked as a secretary and administrative assistant in advertising and publishing. She then moved to California, where she worked as a legal secretary for many years. Lorraine received an AA from Santa Monica College and then married and took time away from work to raise her family. In 1999 she moved again into the working world
as the secretary to the Pastor, Fr. Kidney, who began his work at
Corpus Christi at the same time. Three years later, Lorraine became
the Parish Office Manager and is grateful to share her knowledge
of the “inner workings” of our parish in this capacity. |
