Required items:
* 1 plain large fabric fanny pack with strap and buckle for holding ALL supplies such as their 5 sharpened pencils, 2 red pens, 1 glue stick, scissors, crayons, colored pencils, and markers.
* 3, two pocket folders (Please label: Reading, Math, Writing)
* 3, wide-ruled Mead Composition Books - 200 pages (Please label: Reading, Writing)
* One 70-page wide-ruled spiral notebook labeled "Home/ School Journal"
* 2 graph paper notebook labeled Math (please get the larger size graph boxes)
* 1 pack of 24 crayons in a Ziplock bag with name on it to be put in fanny pack
* 5 regular sharpened pencils (plus two boxes for class)
* 4 large erasers (Magic rub or pink erasers are the best)
* 1 pair of Fiskars scissors with plastic handles
* 2 glue sticks
* 3 boxes of tissues
* 1 pack of 8 thick markers in a ziplock bag
* 1 pack of 24 colored pencils in a ziplock bag
* 4 red correcting pens (plus one pack to be kept at home)
* Addition, subtraction, and multiplication flash cards (these can be left at home)
* A good children's dictionary - Scholastic Children's Dictionary is preferred
* Clear contact paper to cover workbooks (to be done at home)
* A good children's thesaurus Scholastic's My First Thesaurus is preferred
* 1 Avery Lay Flat Report Cover to be used as their student handbook for the year (available at Staples)
* 20 protective cover sheets to be used in their handbook
* 1 container of Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
* Clear Take-Home folder
* Add./ Sub./Mult./ Div. flashcards (these can stay at home)

Some of these items will need to be replenished regularly during the school year. Good times would be after Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day and Easter.
